Deposits usually take between 3 and 5 business days to appear. Sometimes this can be much sooner, and sometimes it can take slightly longer depending on such factors as:

  • Where your bank is located
  • Time of transfer
  • Public holidays

Lighthouse is a set of cryptocurrency futures portfolios that everyday people can purchase a share in. We help people manage cryptocurrency futures using our knowledge and expertise without the need for learning a whole new trading strategy.

Lighthouse works by allowing you to invest small amounts of money into diversified cryptocurrency futures portfolios. Lighthouse trades futures options within these portfolios using AI strategies to maximize returns. For more information on the mechanics of the trading strategies click here.

Opening an account

After creating your account all you’ll need to get started is:

  • Your chosen method of making deposits/withdrawals (credit card, bank account, etc..)

We’ve kept the signup process as easy as possible. Simply provide an email address, choose a secure password, and link a funding account.

The Anti-Money Laundering Act (AML/CTF Act 2006) obliges institutions such as Lighthouse to collect and verify certain ‘information about a customers’ identity. This is standard for any financial institution. We ask for some basic information (legal first and last name, home address, date of birth etc.). We will verify your account as quickly as we can once we have this information, however if there is any inaccuracy in the information provided, your funds will not be invested until your identity is verified.

You can be sure that Lighthouse will take care of any information you provide and that our procedures will be keeping in line with Privacy Act 1998.

No, Lighthouse has no minimum account balance requirement to open an account, but in order for you to start investing your funds into your chosen portfolio your deposits must amount to more than $50. 

Lighthouse operates in the cloud and your account and investments are safe even if you delete the app or get a new phone or device.

Yes. It’s your money and you should be able to do what you want with it. There are no fees for withdrawing or closing your account and you can do so at any time. You can withdraw your money or close your account at any time. If you are having issues please contact us via email at support@lighthouseinvest.com.au. Please note uninstalling the app does not close your account or cancel any pending/scheduled transaction.
